I found this book (free right now!!!) at my affiliate Amazon today. I don’t have a Kindle but I have the Kindle app on my phone and ipad. Although I haven’t had one in a long time, I used to suffer with sinus infections all the time. This looks like a good reference to have on hand…just in case!
With cold and flu season just around the corner, I plan on reading through this and seeing if there is something I can add to my own home remedies.
